‘Anthony’ criticizes Manchester’s weather for losing form

Manchester United winger Anthony has blamed Manchester’s weather for his poor form at Old Trafford.

The Red Devils star has rediscovered his best form since a loan move to La Liga side Real Betis in the January transfer window, and has hailed Sevilla as a “better city” to live in than the north-west of England. The

his current form is in stark contrast to a disappointing spell in Manchester following his £85million move from Ajax in 2022.

Earlier this month, United manager Ruben Amorim suggested the former Ajax star could not cope with the physical intensity of the Premier League.

“When you play in England, the physicality is always there. If you’re not physically strong, “You will have problems,” Amorim told Rio Ferdinand on TNT Sports.

“Anthony plays much better in Spain. There are many factors, but I can assure you that one of them is physicality.”
